11/22/2014 - Happy birthday to the FC-est girl in the world!

With the full cooperation of her parents, we raided Gia’s house and set up a tiny birthday surprise last Saturday! It was full of tiptoeing, whispering, and saying "Text mo na nga si Dei-c kung asan na sya!

We were all scared because her parents said Gia woke up early and was just fumbling with her phone upstairs but we found out she fell asleep again and phew! Alyn even called out bespreeeeeeen? outside the gate and we all teasingly scolded her because lmfao it was supposed to be a surprise but she called out her callsign with the celebrant’s name!

All of this was made possible because of Gia’s best friend, JJ, who we all think (including Gia’s mother) likes Gia but he denies so… *hmmm*

We flicked through movie channels and watched Catching Fire and parts of Bewitched, So Undercover, and The Exorcism of Emily Rose. After the boys went home, we took funny photos and attempted to skype with our friend in Canada, Edward, but only got to see his sister because he’s still in school!

It was my first time to help do something like this and it was really, really fun because who would’ve thought right? As what a friend said, "This kind of thing usually only happens in a girl’s dream”.

What I Call A Detour

My family and I were supposed to watch Captain America at MOA today but when we got there …bam! The mall was closed! Not necessarily closed as in no people can get in but almost everything was closed! The regret was washed away tho because I saw Theo James my loves teehee. I thought we’re just gonna go home but I was surprised to see that we were on a different road and then I saw Glorietta 4 & 5 but we are in luck, because they are all closed. Our last resort then, was to go straight to The Fort and check SM Aura and Market! Market! I was thrilled because there were a lot of people on the way but indeed this is our day, both malls are closed! Yeah it’s Holy Week but malls don’t usually close right? They used to have limited opening times but they don’t close as in close close. We’re already tired so I thought we’re just gonna go home but we went to the new McDo at Blue Bay (near Blue Wave and MOA) and we ate there. Another bff bundle for me, yay! There were a lot of Koreans there istg so I was like cute, cute people everywhere. Plus a lot of them were drinking McCafes and I’m so embarrassed because I have 4 large fries wow that’s …lol. This day was fuuuun! I blogged about missing detours and the heavens heard my cry, woo!

Totoy Brown (right):

Madadagdagan ba kamo? Ha!

Kaya pala ginagawang conyo!

Hinahaluan ng wikang banyaga, di sinseryoso.

Tunog tuloy, ayan nagiging sintunado!

Batas (left):

I couldn’t find my wallet before I went to the mall so I was really frustrated but my sister found it right after I left daw lol idek. So here’s what happened today!

  1. City of Bones. Gaaaaaaaahd!! This movie rocked! I love how the theater wasn’t in full capacity though there were some people who screamed so loud during Jace and Clary’s garden scene lmao. I saw a lot of old people there like the age of our grandparents. They’re so kewl.
  2. God’s Not Dead. While I was waiting for my friend in National Bookstore I was so surprised to see stocks of this book!! I never thought it would be sold in commercial bookstores but omg what surprised me the most is how friendly the price is!! I dont check the price in Victory’s resource library because the cover seems so expensive but never judge a book by it’s cover (note to self). Php 195 only omg. This will be on my list :-)
  3. Katherine Mae. Loljk, her name is just Kathy/Katoy. My saturdate yay! I was supposed to watch with Sydney but she had to go somewhere and Kathy volunteered to go w/ me the night before haha. I’m so glad she really enjoyed the movie bc she said she doesn’t know TMI and also said she’ll borrow the book and we’ll watch the upcoming TMI movies :-). We had milk tea too yay milk tea buddies.
  4. Ok people please give me a pat on the back because I just ordered doughnuts alone!! Gahd it’s so hard to act formal and all when you order something omg I can’t I don’t really order food for another person (Which is my mom) And btw the person who was in front of me was also the same person I saw in the cr after watching COB so if you’re reading this which has .1% chance, I’m not a stalker omg lol.
  5. City of Ashes was out of stock so I ended up buying only Pandemonium. Yaaayyy! Delirium was awesomesauce and I couldn’t stop spazzing about it! Another Lauren Oliver madness coming right up huehue.
  6. I look really hella tired idk man but it has been a really long time since I last handled the Multimedia in church during Saturday activities and Sunday services. Ugh I miss! :’( Though I was just listening to the music in that picture lol.
  7. I got home with 6 boys –Toshi, Scott, Lemuel, Derrick, Solomon, and Cedric, who are my sister’s classmates, watching Windstruck. Omg tho lol. So my mom made carbonara for them and ofc for me too I mean I’m my mom’s daughter ofc she’d cook for me lol.

Definitely a busy yet worthwhile Saturday! :)
